Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the items in your order, and their weight. You should be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is typically 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only offer home-based U.S shipping. Please check our shipping policy for further information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. We also have an order tracker located at the bottom of this page.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is missing. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your item arrives damaged or has print issues, contact us within 30 days with clear photos, and once approved, we will let you keep it and send you another.

Product Information

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers. You can tell if you have an authentic design by checking the shirts. Tagless shirts will feature our logo in the same design format, while products with tags will typically place it on the back of the shirt. This ensures it's entirely original and 100% ours!

Can I see more photos of a product?

Additional product photos may be available on the product page. If you need more details, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What if an item is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items will show as unavailable on our website. You can sign up for restock notifications on product pages to be alerted when items become available again.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order, we don't accept returns. If you encounter any problems such as damage or missing items, feel free to keep the item and we'll send a replacement. Check out our return policy for further information.
